The problem
Every build job runs the same way — brief, quote, deposit, repo, chase the client for their account details, deliver, hand over — across a form service, a spreadsheet, Stripe, GitHub and a long email thread. The client sees none of it, so they ask where things are, and answering is its own part-time job.
What it does
VibeCode Studio is your studio’s front desk. Clients request a quote, sign in with GitHub or Google and get a project page: a status timeline, a setup checklist, your offer, a Pay button per milestone, a message thread, and the live address and repository at handover. You get the other side — a queue grouped by stage, an offer editor, payments, repository set-up and a delivery editor.

How it works
The client asks for a quote
A short form, then a sign-in and their own project page.
You send an offer
Price, timeline, deliverables and exclusions — from an AI draft if you like.
They pay by milestone
A Pay button per payment, confirmed by Stripe.
You deliver
A private repository is created for the job; handover notes and the IP transfer are on record.

Good to know
Stated plainly, so nobody signs up for the wrong thing.
- Repository creation is automatic; deploying the client’s site is still yours to do.
- Contracts and receipts download as text, not PDFs.
- There are no email notifications yet. Both sides see updates by opening the portal.
- One offer per project — a revised quote replaces the previous one.
What you need
- Node.js 18 or newer
- A Supabase project (the free tier works)
- A Stripe account
- A GitHub organisation and token, for repository set-up
- Vercel, or any Node host with a scheduler
Questions
Whose Stripe account takes the money?
Yours. Clients pay you directly. There is no platform fee and no middleman.
Can one client see another client’s project?
No. Every table has row-level security keyed to the signed-in user, enforced by the database itself.
