GameAssetStudio privacy policy

GameAssetStudio runs on your own machine. Prompts and images go only to the AI providers you configure, using your own keys.

What the app collects

Nothing. GameAssetStudio collects no personal data, and sends nothing to Freehold Software.

Other services involved

• Leonardo.ai, Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic, only if you add keys for them.

How long it is kept

Whatever the app stores stays on your own device, computer or server until you delete it. We hold none of it, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete.

If you subscribe

Subscriptions bought on this website are paid through Stripe, which acts as the seller of record through its Managed Payments service and adds the right VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout. We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought — never your card details — and use your email to send your download and licence.

Mark Horne, trading as Freehold Software is responsible for this policy. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
