Standing in someone’s hallway, you have to turn rooms, extras and a rough sense of time into a number — out loud, on the spot. The software sold for this is a monthly CRM with a calendar, invoicing and a customer portal attached, and none of it works in a basement flat with no signal.

What it does

CleanQuote does the one job. Set your rules once — hourly target, minutes per room, minimum callout, travel and materials, deep-clean and end-of-tenancy multipliers, discounts for regular visits, VAT on or off — and every quote after that is a handful of taps. Everything is stored on your phone, so there is no account to create and nothing that needs a signal.

How it works

   Every number the pricing uses is on one screen, and all of it is yours to change.

2. Count the rooms

   Property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, reception rooms and kitchen, plus extras, frequency and the type of clean.

3. See the breakdown

   Labour time and value, extras, travel, materials, VAT and the total.

4. Send it

   WhatsApp, text or copy, through your phone’s own share sheet — whatever you already use.

Good to know

Stated plainly, so nobody signs up for the wrong thing.

• Everything lives on one phone. There is no cloud backup, so clearing the browser’s data or changing phone loses your saved quotes.
• No PDFs, invoicing, calendar or customer list — the output is a message.
• Presets can be saved but cannot yet be loaded into a new quote.
